Your first Spinal Flow session. We take the full time to meet your body where it is.

Pick a day and time below. Times are shown in Eastern Time (America/New_York). Nothing is charged today: your card simply holds your spot, and the $144.00 is paid at the studio. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead and nothing is ever charged. Within 24 hours, or if you miss the session, a $25 fee is charged to that card. Jen calls you to confirm the details.
